Mercer quality of living index : London or Montevideo, there's not much in it...

Would you have predicted that London and Montevideo would be within a few places of each other? A lack of cultural awareness could easily lead to this conclusion. An interesting read for anyone involved in the mobilisation and assessment of assignment preparedness of staff around the globe.
