Brexit: are you communicating with your non-U.K. workforce?

Recent research by @totaljobs and published by @HRReview points towards high levels of anxiety by non-U.K. employees ahead of the referendum vote on June 23rd. In the event of a vote to Brexit, many fear for their medium term job security.

For me, the statistic that jumps out is the number of employers who have not undertaken any proactive communication with their non-U.K. workforce. Which camp do you fall into, communicator or non communicator?

Research released today, a month ahead of the EU referendum, reveals that nine out of ten of Europeans living in the UK are worried about the potential impact of a Brexit vote, with half fearing for their job security and over a third fearing for the effect it will have on their personal lives.
