Plus has taken another step to enhance the relocation experience

“Employee experience” gets talked about frequently when discussing relocations, but sometimes it’s just that — talk. The harder work is moving past simple talk and uncovering real, concrete ways to make the experience better.

We feel like we’ve done that with the addition of Ben Castellanos to our team at Plus. Ben joins us in the new role of Escalation Manager, where he will be responsible for delivering customer-centric care while keeping stakeholders updated every step of the way. He will also track and analyze trends to keep Plus on the cutting edge when it comes to the relocation experience.
