We’re delighted by these survey results

At Plus, our mission is pretty simple: “deliver delight.”

A lot of organizations have lengthier mission statements, but we kept it to these two words because they really sum up what we’re all about. In all of our actions and decisions, we want to delight our clients and their relocating employees, as well as our loyal supplier partners and industry friends.

So when I saw the results of the latest international Relocation Managers’ Survey from Trippel Survey & Research, LLC, I had to smile. The numbers say that we have been true to our mission. Plus led the mobility industry in:

• Overall Satisfaction (average score)
• Quality of People and Service Delivery (average score and net satisfaction)
• Local Supplier Management (average score and net satisfaction)
• Technology (average score and net satisfaction)

These are the type of results that drive me along with the dedicated “Plusites” who deliver such wonderful service. Mission, accomplished.
