I enjoy following the insights of the Spotify People leaders who include Mikael, Arvid and Sally. This latest blog post from Sally (@SallySpotify) was one which I thought many of you would enjoy too. 

In particular, her fourth point talks to the challenge of balancing empowerment with reacting (or not) to every new fad and trend. This can be applied to any and all compensation and benefits policies including our world of talent and mobility. What fads or trends have you seen in the industry that require this balancing act?
