Looking from the top at the state of global mobility

On Oct. 28, I had the pleasure of joining Benivo on their live, weekly web series, “The View from the Top.”

I joined Brian Friedman, Benivo’s strategy director, for an engaging conversation focused on leadership amid the COVID-19 pandemic; the rising importance of diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) within mobility programs; and how Plus is trying to be a catalyst of meaningful change here in Minneapolis in the wake of the killing of George Floyd.

We also dusted off our crystal balls and tried to look ahead to predict when relocation volumes will return to their pre-pandemic levels — if they ever will.

Those are all critically important and complex topics, and this post would get quite long if I tried to capture everything Brian and I discussed. Instead, I encourage you to check out the recording of the show, which you can access here as well as via the link below.

Additionally, if you want to connect on these topics — or anything else in the mobility world that’s keeping you up at night — please get in touch with us. We’re always open to meaningful conversations about moving mobility forward.

We discussed leadership during a pandemic, the timing of any return to normality and customer experience. We also discussed DE&I and the actions Plus Relocation has taken in their headquarter city of Minneapolis, a town that has been at the very epicentre of social unrest following the killing of George Floyd.
