Global mobility reimagined — what's hot?

Panel sessions and table discussions at both conferences benefited from some the wisest folk in our industry and were represented from corporate in-house and supply partner professionals. For me, there were two light bulb moment statements, and I wanted to share these with you for further digestion and discussion. 1. Compliance Compliance is a two way street and something to be respected. ROI ROI should not be a complex algorithm, built to figure out if you made the correct choice of assignee. Invest time and effort at the front end to carefully assess an assignee candidate.
