What would Brexit mean for HR?
“In HR, it is almost irrelevant as to what the outcome will be as all that will matter will be the capabilities of the HR teams to deliver solutions in the new world whether the UK is in or out. The sorts of tasks I would expect HR to have to tackle post 23rd June 2016 would be translating changes in legislation into the workplace, broadening search capabilities in order to fill skills gaps and understanding the pressures on long-term career planning and investment benefits.
